About me
I started out as a teacher, working with very diverse groups. It taught me flexibility, creativity, and the understanding that effective learning requires constant exploration of new approaches. Later, in HR, I was responsible for employee training – and the same question kept coming back: how can learning truly make a difference?
Learning experience
Today, as a Learning Designer, I create learning experiences that engage participants and help them apply knowledge in practice. My goal is to make the learning process not only effective but also inspiring.

In my work, I rely on knowledge about how we learn, drawing on proven mechanisms and research in the field of education. Thanks to this, the solutions design align with the natural ways in which people acquire knowledge.
Analysis of needs and resources
Equally important to me is a thorough analysis of needs and resources – both individual and organizational. This makes it possible to match the form and content of learning to the real challenges participants face.
